What we collect

Your email address and a securely hashed password when you register; your subscription state; and standard technical logs (IP address, timestamps) kept for security and abuse prevention.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe; crypto payments by NOWPayments. Your card details never touch our servers. We store only the customer/subscription identifiers needed to manage your access.

What we don't do

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing, and we do not use advertising trackers. Cookies are used only to keep you logged in and remember interface preferences.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@pronoisys.com. Deleting your account removes your personal data; anonymised billing records are retained where required by law.
